What is your delivery time?
It takes 1-2 working days to process the order. Our delivery time is currently 6 to 12 working days including processing time. We ask for your understanding. In order to accommodate you a little, we do not charge shipping costs and take over these completely ourselves.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes this is possible. Send an e-mail to info@leafuni.com within 3 hours of your order with your name, your order number (from the confirmation e-mail) and the reason for cancellation. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel after this time.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from us. This allows you to conveniently check the shipping status at any time via our order tracking (Track & Trace) page and know exactly when your parcel will arrive.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation e-mail?
